This page exists as a central location for any mechanical rulings, clarifications, or edits which have been ruled on by the Chronicle Manager's office. Only the items in the Mandatory section must be used in all games. The Suggestions section is for STs and Players to use as an easy reference, but it is not required to adhere to those rulings.
The Mandatory Section is used for rules calls which, for the health of the Chronicle, must be the same across games. The Suggestions section is used for rules calls which could reasonably be run differently by different games without breaking immersion or damaging Chronicle health.
