This page exists as a central location for any mechanical rulings, clarifications, or edits which have been ruled on by the Chronicle Manager's office. Only the items in the #Mandatory section must be used in all games. The #Suggestions section is for STs and Players to use as an easy reference, but it is not required to adhere to those rulings. The #Mandatory Section is used for rules calls which, for the health of the Chronicle, must be the same across games. The #Suggestions section is used for rules calls which could reasonably be run differently by different games without breaking immersion or damaging Chronicle health.
