About

Paris Dartmoor is a painter from the Renaissance era who was a court painter to European royalty and as the world and art changed he took part in many important artistic movements throughout history, always seeking out the energy of new creative pursuits. Little is known of Paris' sire, but he has been around so long that hardly seems to matter, he is a well respected member of the Camarilla, known for using his natural charm and artistic skill to further the goals of the Ivory Tower and propagate it's message. Prior to moving to Philadelphia several years go Paris had been a member of the New York Court, but decided to leave as he did not approve of the actions of that city's Prince. In many ways he is apolitical, however, preferring to spend his evenings doing art, rather than pursuing positions of power. He tends to allow others to run things, only getting involved when he feels it's necessary. As the Whip of Clan Toreador he coordinates the efforts of the other Toreadors working together to further the goals of their clan and kindred society at large. His childe, Celeste, though newly arrived in the city, is already achieving some notoriety as well.
